Метою дослідження була реалізація комплексного аналізу правових механізмів інтеграції екологічних стандартів у забезпечення економічної стабільності та продовольчої безпеки. У ході роботи було проведено детальний аналіз нормативно-правових актів ЄС, зокрема країни-члена ЄС Польщі, та України, зокрема включаючи закони, що регулюють субсидування сільського господарства, екологічні стандарти та безпечність харчових продуктів. Результати показали, що чинне українське законодавство не забезпечує належної інтеграції екологічних підходів у механізми сприяння розвитку сільськогосподарської галузі. Зокрема, відсутність обов’язкових екологічних критеріїв при наданні субсидій створює умови для використання застарілих та екологічно небезпечних методів господарювання. Недостатнє регулювання у сфері застосування агрохімії спричиняє значні екологічні ризики, включаючи деградацію ґрунтів та забруднення водних ресурсів, що порушує право на чисте довкілля. Аналіз системи простежуваності продукції виявив її фрагментарність, що підвищує ризики втрати продукції на різних етапах постачання. Дослідження показало, що значна частина втрат агропродукції зумовлена недостатньою інфраструктурою для зберігання та транспортування, що посилює продовольчу нестабільність. Виділено важливість ролі міжнародних організацій, таких як Food and Agriculture Organization, які надають рекомендації для зменшення цих прогалин через впровадження інноваційних підходів. Ідентифіковано необхідність інтеграції екологічних критеріїв у механізми державного субсидіювання, узгодження національного законодавства з вимогами міжнародних норм й потребу вдосконалення систем простежуваності та інфраструктури для зберігання продукції, що значно посилить продовольчу безпеку. Отримані результати окреслили напрями реформ, які можуть забезпечити збалансований розвиток аграрного сектора, підвищити продовольчу стабільність та сприяти збереженню природних ресурсів у сучасних глобальних умовах
