Метою дослідження був аналіз корпоративної соціальної відповідальності (КСВ) в агробізнесі Східної Європи через призму захисту прав людини, зокрема екологічних і трудових. Методологія дослідження базувалася на використанні міждисциплінарного підходу, включаючи аналіз нормативно-правових актів, вивчення міжнародних стандартів КСВ, емпіричний аналіз діяльності агропромислових підприємств в Україні, Румунії та Чехії. Отримані результати продемонстрували, що впровадження КСВ значною мірою сприяє реалізації екологічних прав, зокрема права на чисте довкілля. Це досягається через раціональне використання природних ресурсів, впровадження відновлювальних технологій та зменшення викидів забруднюючих речовин. У трудовій сфері КСВ забезпечує захист прав працівників шляхом створення гідних умов праці, недопущення дискримінації та забезпечення соціальних гарантій, таких як медичне страхування й професійний розвиток. Аналіз великих агрохолдингів, а саме MHP (Україна), Trans-Oil (Румунія), Agrofert (Чехія), вказав, що компанії активно інтегрують КСВ у свої бізнес-стратегії, а саме у сфері захисту прав працівників, зокрема через створення безпечних умов праці, забезпечення соціальних гарантій і розвиток професійних навичок. Разом із тим, дослідження виявило значні барʼєри для системного впровадження КСВ у контексті захисту прав людини. Серед основних перешкод – недостатній державний контроль за дотриманням екологічних і трудових стандартів, а також обмежена участь громадянського суспільства у моніторингу діяльності агропромислових підприємств. Це ускладнює системні зміни та підвищує ризики порушення прав людини. У висновках наголошено на необхідності посилення державного контролю, розробки стимулюючих механізмів для бізнесу, зокрема податкових пільг, та активного залучення громадянського суспільства до моніторингу. Отримані результати підтвердили важливість інтеграції КСВ у бізнес-стратегії підприємств для забезпечення сталого розвитку та захисту прав людини
