It was considered other than laws, legal acts of parliament, particularly, their normative nature was determined. It was analyzed the doctrinal and legislative approaches to the division of these acts into normative and non-normative. The legal nature of the acts of the Presidium of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was determined. It was established the subordinate nature of the decisions of the highest legislative body. On the basis of the comparative legal analysis it was made a conclusion about the basis of the resolutions of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the hierarchical system of normative legal acts. A set of resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was separated and their content was determined for the subject of implementation to the sources of the agrarian law. It was carried out the author's classification of resolutions of parliament of legal agrarian nature. The sources of agrarian law are the resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which are normative and legal in their content: restrictive prohibitive, control regulative, securing, ratifying and expanding. It was proposed to unite into the classification groups under the name of organizational-regulatory and analytical and appraisal actsthe resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which have a non-normative, individual nature.
