The peer-reviewed open-access journal that brings together scholars and practitioners in the fields of law, human rights, and environmental studies. The journal publishes: a) original research articles; b) theoretical studies; c) analytical reviews.

All publications are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License, which permits others to share the material with proper acknowledgment of authorship and the journal’s first publication.

Scope includes:

• international and national environmental law;
• human rights law;
• labour, family, constitutional, and related branches of law.

Starting with issue 1 for 2024, Law. Human. Environment has narrowed its focus.

Aim: to promote the dissemination of contemporary research on the legal dimensions of the relationship between humans, society, and the natural environment.
