The article examines the concept and legal characteristics of industrial parks. The scientific views on the legal nature of industrial parks are summarized. According to the results of the study, it was established that the industrial park is a specially organized place for new production, a territory or a complex of objects of real estate managed by a single operator consisting of a land plot (sites) with industrial, administrative, warehouse and other premises and facilities, provided with energy carriers, engineering and transport infrastructure and administrative and legal conditions for the placement of productions.
