Abstract

The article investigates the legal issues of the use of lands of industrial parks. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of legal models of land use of industrial parks such as «browning» and «greenfield». The conclusion is made on the expediency of determining in the current legislation of Ukraine the peculiarities of land use for industrial parks such as Brownfield and Greenfield.
