Abstract

The article is devoted to the investigation of the crime, stipulated by Art. 143 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as issues related to transplantology legislation in Ukraine. The scientific publications of domestic scientists are analyzed in detail and already on own conclusions, in the article the ways of solving problems of this sphere are offered.
