In the paper the regulator-legal support of economic stimulation of subjects of land tenure and land use to implementation of actions for development and support of ecological network is analyzed. By results of research it is offered to implementation of actions for development and support ecological network should understand the interconnected actions complex directed to increase in interest of subjects of land tenure and land use in preservation of ecological values natural as economic stimulation of land owners and land users and acquired qualities of the land, implementation of actions for protection of lands and natural resources located on them from negative consequences of economic activity. It is established that for today there are no measures of such stimulation. Instruments of economic stimulation can be granting tax and credit benefits; exemption from payment for the land; compensations of support costs and elements ecological network functioning.
