Confirmation of the involvement of legal practices in the field of urban planning is the application of uniform construction practices, which are contracts FIDIC (The International Federation of Consulting Engineers). The assessment of the contribution of court decisions to the formation of town planning law resulted in their classification according to the jurisdiction and content of the cases under consideration.
