he article explores the concept and content of the legal regime of industrial parklands as an object of land relations. According to the results of the study, the author extrapolates the definition and legal features of the concept of «legal regime of lands» on the land of industrial parks for mulates the definition of the legal regime of lands of industrial parks. It is established that the peculiarity of the legal regime of lands of industrial parks is the equal rights of legal entities of private and public right to obtain the use of land within industrial parks for carrying out economic activities. The choice of the form of land use of industrial parks depends on the ownership of the land plot to land of private or public ownership. The proposals on directions of improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine concerning the legal regime of lands of industrial parks are formulated.
