Electronic evidence is one way of proving civil litigation

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of definition and application of the concept of «electronic evidence», which is legally enshrined from December 15, 2017 (entered into force the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine in the new version). The classification of electronic evidence, the analysis of the use and use of electronic evidence by courts of general jurisdiction were investigated. Specific examples are provided in court cases regarding the use by courts of Ukraine of electronic evidence provided by parties to civil litigation.
