The article draws attention to the fact that in the whole world, including in Ukraine, the acute and infectious COVID-19 infectious disease, which the World Health Organization has recognized as a pandemic, has been spreading and spreading with such historical diseases as plague and cholera. In order to combat the spread of this disease, certain quarantine measures have been introduced in the country. In such circumstances, public administration entities play an important role in the introduction and administration of quarantine activities. Attention is drawn to the need to improve the organization and control over compliance with the legal regime established in the territory of the quarantine, timely and complete implementation of preventive and anti-epidemic measures, which are entrusted to the public administration.
