In the article the issue of the day of possibility of limitation of right for access rises to ecological information by the use of the mechanisms envisaged by Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters (Aarhus Convention). Rewied the history of development and legislative fixing of right for access to ecological information. Systematizated limitations in the field of access to ecological information. Analyzed some grounds for denying access to environmental information.
