The arеticle describes some aspects of the role of confiscation in the protection of subjective rights of subjects of intellectual property rights. It is noted that the detection of violations of intellectual property rights and the timely imposition of administrative sanctions and application of confiscaion – as a special punitive measures from the state, acts as an effective protection in the field of protection of subjective rights of owners of intellectual property rights.
